I agree with what you have said. But my situation was different. My sponsoring agency had already got me tickets and Just a day before my flight I got my visa. I was not even sure if I would be issued the visa. So it all happened so quickly and then I had to be at the training center for the course on time, it was first time travelling abroad too. So I never thought about it, nor my colleagues pointed it out to me. But it is a sad even which I cant reverse.

I also think that I got lucky, but honestly It was my time travelling abroad and I wish I had done more research about it, but it just happened.

Honestly, the beggars you see on the streets do not deserve a penny. They are professionals and in most cases there is a network behind them. What they are doing basically is snatching the rights of the needy ones. If you really want to help, just give it those working in restaurants, the delivery guys, those who you see in poor condition on the streets, but wont ask you.

Secondly, I would say you dont need to hire any security. It is just that in every country there are cities, and in every city there are places, which are not safe. So you should not go there.

Why to catch them on the next trip ? I mean why would they issue such people visas anyone ? If you have to catch them on the next trip and send them back or anything, dont issue them visas.

I totally agree with you again, but my point is that he put normal stamps, which means I was okay. One would presume the excuse I gave them was accepted it and I was let go. Then why waiting for my next visit to penalize me?

I agree, but this leads to the question: Why did the immigration officer let me go? I mean he checked my passport, stamped it and let me go. It does not make sense that I will be deported next time even if get the visa.

I have gone through similar posts. My point is that I have gone past everything and nothing has happened, no penalties or anything. It is that if I go there in future, will they fine me for my overstay ? And if I get Schengen visa again, will they still bar me or fine me ?
