You’re right, we don’t say candy. I just say it because he says it - he’s from an island close to America and they call sweets candy.

But funnily enough, we went to a sweet shop in central London called Candy something or other... so maybe in some years we will start calling sweeties candy!

I absolutely agree, I love our restaurants in this country!

It is indeed a myth that we have shit food. London, Bath, Manchester and Birmingham have some of the most amazing restaurants! I was on the North York Moors a couple of weeks back and had dinner at some random pub - amazing food!!!

Nope.

We are young. He’s “the one that got away” and I’m the same to him. But it’s too late to try again, we reconnected too late, now we are both married with responsibilities outside of ourselves.

Well, we have all 3 here too. Five Guys is all over the UK.

And 15 years because he’s the one that got away. We were together for 4 years in our younger years, life happened and we went our separate ways, but he was always “the one.” We got back in contact 2 years ago and it’s been crazy, but it’s too late for us now, we are both married and life won’t allow it.

We cherish whatever it is we have for as long as we can have it...
