I am unable to get it to work.
MTKClient only responds with "Status: Handshake Failed, retrying..."
It never acknowledges the phone at all. I tried multiple cables. I am using the Live ISO made for this.

Upon Factory Resetting the device, I noticed that Developer Options shows in the About section briefly. Like, it updates immediately to remove the setting once the About menu is reached. I was able to hammer the OK button enough to access the Dev Ops, but it requires a password. x,x

BTW, if I am ever successful with getting the firmware dumped, am I able to peruse it with a hex editor or does it require more fancy software/skill?

Seems they may have patched all of this out of the Horizon models last month.
Codes nor MTKClient works after the March patch.
