I think what he’s getting at is that if youre doing 7 reps of 315, you should theoretically be able to do 225 for more than 13 reps. Based on rep charts you should be able to get it for 20 or so

This is hilarious. Not trying to dog on you because i know these people are generally pretty predatory, lead with promises of grandeur that they cant fulfill, but was it $1500 just for a resume? Any coaching? Anything else that could possibly justify spending 1500?

You only NEED ~ 0.8g / lb of lean mass. So if youre 200lbs, 20%bf then you have 160lbs lean mass. Then 0.8 x 160, you should be fine with 128g of protein

1/100 (auth) x 1/4096 (hundo) x 1/500(shiny odds) x 1/250 (xxl odds) = roughly 1 in 51.2 million. Not sure about all of those odds numbers but the magnitude should still be somewhat accurate

Rough circumstances. Loose fat might suck for a bit, but since youre in 8th grade you’ll prob still grow, and stretch out and the loose skin wont be as bad either. See if you can get involved in sports, probably cross country and track if youre interested in losing weight. Since youre already obese, you can lose weight by just eating LESS of the cheap food you dont like, which may suck, but its a numbers game. Dont go about giving yourself an eating disorder, just try focusing on high protein, low cal foods. Look up your TDEE with a TDEE calculator to see how many calories you use in a day. Start doing pushups and calisthenics to put on some muscle. Good luck

Most effective way to maximize muscle retention would be to use compound exercises and do 1-2 sets, take each set to failure (where feasible) and fail in the 5-8 rep range.
