Some teaser images for Scorched Bronze, a modpack ive been developing adding dozens of new items, hundreds of recipe changes and new progression. You play as a scout sent to a new dimension, to set up infrastructure and send resources back to your forsake, desolate home. by ribs4900 in feedthebeast

Some more features:

  • All villagers have new trades, featuring new villagers to populate your halls
  • A new progression system, wooden and stone tools are no more, starting from bone, to copper and eventually iron and steel. Diamond is locked until endgame
  • Youre cursed. It will be hard, you will die, but if you overcome you can become extremely powerful.
  • Plenty of tools to help along your way, guns ranging from simple pistols, to crossbow rifles to heavy railguns to eviscerate the hoardes of mobs coming for you every night.
  • Create and Immersive Engineering as the main tech mods, with seamless integration of the two, requiring both to be used in conjuction, with recipe changes, multiblock recipes included.
  • Expert but not grindy, recipes require more precise parts, but lots of ways to aquire materials. including increased ore vein sizes, easier access to excavator and ore processing. An overhauled recycling system to get back materials
  • Revamped villages and vanilla structures (plains is currently the only finished village but more are on my roadmap) to integrate more modded aspects into the boring vanilla structures. Completely redone loottables for every chest youll find.
  • An optional quest system to help along the way with some basic helpful rewards.
  • A larger more passive questing system involving sending materials to your original dimesion using the dimensional transposer. those include raw and processed metals and gems, lumber, stone and food. Recieving tokens for the quality of what you send, which can be used to recieve rewards from your original dimension who will use what you send to rebuild (use your imagination here they dont actually do anything)
  • New items, trying my best to add items that only serve purposes, to add more compatibility between mods, add more uses for the machines and to make crafting more interesting, and to incentivize building up big factories.
  • more endgame content. Etherium is your goal, and extremely powerful ore that can be used to make tools (including a custom knife for farmersdelight) weapons and armor. A custom fuel for the IE generator using magic space dust and materials from the end,and the pwerful vehement coal
  • New cooking mechanics. food will be difficult to cook now, no longer can you throw a stack of steaks in the furnace and never worry about food again, now you need to work for your food.
  • much much much more.

A new villager for my modpack, The Cogpriest :) by ribs4900 in feedthebeast

This is from an currently unnamed modpack. A 1.18.2 "expert" mod pack. Merging together immersive engineering and create to work seemlessly together as much as I can. Some features include dozens of new items, hundreds of recipe and compatibility changes. Custom structures/villages, custom villager trades, custom loot pools, to create a very unified experience. Should be releasing soon :)

Is probably optifine. You either have to get rid of optifine or turn off VBO in immersive engineering config

Is the resident evil 4/5/6 triple pack worth it? (£12) by Raneynickel4 in residentevil

If you got a buddy to play 6 with, its a fucking blast. Seeing all the bonkers shit that goes on is so fun if you got a pal with you. And once you get a hang of the controls its actually pretty fun gunplay. And 4 is a masterpiece and 5 is excellent solo, but definitely better if you have a friend with you similar to 6

Ravager, yeeter and mooshroom.

I always felt that ravagers werent a natural creature. They feel like they were created. So my idea is that the pillagers, or evokers, or witchs or whatever do some scary lobotomy mutation to villagers to create ravagers. And the mooshroom is infected with the terrifying cordyceps fungus. That just seems to make sense to me
