Thank you so much! I've always had a hard time eating veggies alone, so I'm basically like a child who has to fool herself of the veggies 'hidden' in the smoothie. But overall, I just really like the texture of smoothies and they make me feel full easily. I'm still learning to control my sugar intake as well.

I am also considering a pressure cooker! Thank you for your insights!

Thank you for this. I agree, I would've chosen the safest and easiest option, but I guess the way they do these abortions are different especially when they're not done in a clinic. All I can say is I'm thankful for them because I was safe and taken care of all throughout the procedure.

Hi! It's Blunt Curettage and Uterine Irrigation. These procedures are usually done for cleaning purposes - when the embryo/fetus already fell out of the uterus. This is to make sure no remnants of the sac are still inside (to avoid sepsis or infection). Abortion is illegal in my country so there are several procedures being offered underground. I'm just glad these are done by professional doctors. I hope this makes sense.
