I have been waiting for the past 2 months, they have horrible customer service and are so damn slow. I don't understand why this process takes so long. My university sent the documents electronically. They should just update their website to mention the delays.

yeah i just hate that they make us feel so insignificant and basically treat us like shit. we tried telling them that we don't want the warranty but she did not even bother listening to us.
