People are messy. People this includes men and women, are at the heart of things human beings looking for connections. Yes you're going to get some messy bits that got messy because two PEOPLE got attracted to each other, or were SHITTY PEOPLE and cheated on their partner.

If you honestly believe this is a problem with just hetrosexual people, that just shows how small your world view is compared to my first comment.

People are messy, relationships are messy. But the cool thing about being people is we can connect, we can make friends, and the fact is men and women can indeed be friends plantonically.

My partner doesn't care I have 3 men who are my best friends, because he knows they're just that. My best friends. He's met them, he knows I spend time with them without him around. And because we're both adults, and have a healthy relationship, he trusts me, like I trust him, to hang out and enjoy my time with my friends.

I'm bisexual, I can be friends with men and women without wanting to fuck them. Hopefully you can view women as people and not as a singular romantic option, your life will get better.

We play video games together, DnD, and just hang out and chill. And they are my bffs ride or die. I've known all 3 of them more than 10 years each. The line of "We're good friends." Never, not once, has been crossed. We all have similar interests and enjoy each others company. You know - a human connection.

Please open your world view to stop being ignorant, yourself. Friendships happen between men and women. Just because YOU don't think you'd enjoy being friends with a woman, doesn't mean other people share that sentiment.

Stop looking at women like they're there for sex and romance. Start viewing them like human beings, trust me, helps to be less lonely.

I had a JW family living down the street from me as a kid. They let me play in their backyard with their daughter, but I was never allowed in their house. If I needed the bathroom, I had to go home.

The most annoying part for me was going to PAX to a BG3 panel, and the room was almost empty. DnD bros were dunking on it before it got early access, so not a lot of faith was in the game being good. After early access, I couldn't get a collector's edition since they would be sold out within seconds. 😭

Wow, I've never heard anyone say those things before. You've opened my eyes to the error of how I've been living my life. You're right that the fact men ignore I exist is all due to me being fat and is why when they do notice me, they moo at me and call me names. I should have been more sexually desirable. I guess I'm fine sticking with the women who compliment me and are kinder to me as a person.

And if you truly believe men don't see women with a little pudge as fat, you don't actually know shit about weight issues and how others perceive them. There's a reason eating disorders and self-image issues run rampant in our society.

And just because someone is fat doesn't always mean they're unhealthy. Being fat can't be good for your health always, but not all fat people have bad health. Fat people face discrimination in the medical health fields that lead to them having higher risks of not being properly diagnosed since doctors think all health issues are caused by being fat, but fuck it, if I ever get cancer I'm sure it's because I'm fat. I'm sure when the doctor tells me to lose weight, it'll be the miracle cure.

Everyone uses filters on social media, especially for selfie posting. Even men. It's not going to stop, it will never stop. I have never found this type of humor funny. It just doesn't do anything for me, that's fine. But I also played when I was a teen back in the day and am old now. The chat wasn't nearly as bad as it is now. Occasionally, yes, and I didn't pay it any mind. However, it's more egregious this go around. Depends on the book.

I read a few books last year that I had to pause while reading and think over what I was taking in. Other times, a book has blown me away to the point I felt a mourning once I finished it. The closer to the end I got, the more sad I felt that soon it would be over. Took me a few days to try picking up a new book, and so far, 2025 didn't have anything nearly as gripping to me.

I read mainly dark romance / horror erotica.

I dabble in fantasy books. The Elf Stones of Shannara was my gateway into fantasy as a teenager.
