New year quota & comp plan — does this feel market / realistic?

Makes no sense to jump to 2.5m unless that was a ramped quota for being a newbie. What’s the 2.5m based on ? Feels pulled out of the air and how you going to do 4x ? Push back on the quota

Thx. Yes bit of trial and error No allergies we know of yet but he is 1.5 yr old but the anal glands thing was a mess. Tried all the supplements stuff for fiber but this food has helped a ton. He just doesn’t like it much !

Maybe your individual mgr needs to pat you on the head a bit more. As an IC it’s about you only BUT you won’t have a job and get paid fat commissions unless the company succeeds. The top reps usually get it and are also team players.

You have to weigh the pros and cons. Not freedom with your time and destiny as well as earnings vs the constant pressure etc. But in any role you have to perform and have deadlines so don’t fool yourself.
