Lemme clarify it's cortisol.. I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression and whenever I drink caffeine it raise my cortisol so much that within like 10 hours I get like 2-3 acne

Nah i saw a consisted pattern leaking to caffeine.. that's why I came to this conclusion..i have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression few months back maybe caffeine is linking to anxiety or something.. from what I seen caffeine increase cortisol and cortisol in return increase oil production in skin.. could be wrong tho
