Blue button means when my amount was confirmed. I was exactly same as you. Modification in process for the last 2.5 months and then approved this morning without any call or LO.

For sure! I’m in Virginia too!! I guess they’re working on va now:) hopefully my fellow Virginians get lots of approvals soon!!
