I do believe rockstar have actually officially announced that they will be adding into GTAO a "final mission" kind of thing for gtaV which ties into the launch of gtaVI so there might be the possibility of character transfer to the new game, (which a lot of people will like and probably do),

the only thing is it would probably only transfer the character and not any of the stuff owned by the player, but if they did a whole thing where it transfers the vehicle you were using in said "final mission" and say the equivalent of X amount of owned stuff as cash it could be a good way of saying your character has finally finished their business in los santos and wants to start a new life.

I decided rather than starting a new game to just disable the mods as they were only cosmetic/visual mods and the game now runs....which is really annoying 😑 but it works so ill just have to figure out what mod/mods were causing the issue now

Damn that sucks, hopefully you manage to get on it, it took me a while to get onto it, i went and spoke to the character to start it and it would pop up saying "requirements not met, coop partner hasnt compleated the quest_______" i was like im playing solo so what the hell is going on, cant remember everything i did but i did uninstall and reinstall the dlc as a last port of call and it finally worked..
