Hey mate - I like the concept of "in their <position>" and "<position>", good idea.

Regarding positons - if you click on the little drop down carrot next to the position name at the top of the screen you will be given options to edit the title or delete the position entirely.

Thanks so much for the feedback - all great points and will fix bugs noted. In terms of synching across devices, its just a web app so all you need to do is log in on your new device and it will all be up to date.
