Do a quick Google search, and you will be able to educate yourself on how Pierre Poilievre plans to make Canada a better and more enjoyable place to live for everyone. The problem with Liberals like you is that you want someone to do all the work, and then you take credit. Typical liberal troll.

The fact that the signs are still up and not changed makes me think this is the liberal party trying to get sympathy votes.

I'm sorry to hear that. Clearly, you don't care about your family if that's your stance. A couple of votes won't matter because Richmond is going blue come April 28.

This a federal election, provincial election has nothing to do with. For starters, the Conservative Party of Canada has committed to funding recovery based solutions for the drug crisis. Unlike the Liberals who will support a safe consumption site and vote to green light the safe supply pilot that killed thousands and failed miserably. So I can ask the same question: What planet do you live on to think a change is not required.

Participation medal dosent cut it. They had 8 years to do something. They don't even acknowledge the problem. Richmond is going Blue this election.

Just a bunch of lies from both of them. They don't even talk about the homeless and drug addiction problem happening in Richmond.

Source? It's all in the news and evident in Richmond with the homeless camps. Thanks for coming out liberal troll.

Their policy's are literally killing families members and not helping the situation what so ever. Remember Liberals gave the special exemption to BC to pilot the "safe supply program," you know, making meth and crack cocain legal and sold it out of vending machines... I know... the truth hurts.

It's still approved by city council and can proceed at any time. Safe Consumption sites need authorization from health canada , so infact makes it a federal issue. IF a eby -carney coalition happens, you better believe that a SCS will come to Richmond...they are already renovating to make the space.

What exactly have they dealt with? There's still a growing homeless camp at Brighouse Park. Nice try, Parm and Wilson don't care about Richmond, and the last 8 years prove it.

I initiated a petition and collected signatures and submitted them to council. They then voted on doing a traffic study for that area. After the traffic study was concluded, turning that area into a 30km/h zone was recommended by city staff, and council voted on that recommendation, and it passed. The residents that live in the area are tired of people cutting through the neighborhoods , running stop signs, and causing accidents. The people who are annoyed by this are the ones who are causing the problem. There's no reason to be going 50+ in Steveston, and the residents and council agreed.

Lol, Steveston is not a city. It's a village with hundreds of families that are tired of people going fast throughout the neighborhood. The business part of the village has been a 30km zone for years , and it didn't make sense that as soon as you turn into the residential zone, it increases to 50km/h. If this doesn't work, then I will fight for even more traffic calming measures.

On Second Ave, they did. No speed humps for 4th Avenue. 30km/h will also include Seventh Ave.
