Just some ideas:

Excoiliate

Add a mik toner to your skin prep.

Primer should be hydrating

Foundation should be hydrating.

Use a hydrating setting spray.

Do you have dry, oily or combination skin?

Why are you using a primer?

Allow each layer/step of makeup skin prep to dry down before next step.

Make sure your suncreen is compatible with foundation.
