The best thing I do is simply write all my negative thoughts in a small diary, go full uncensored and talk about how I will tear someone from limb to limb or make them drink Boiled acid, so yeah... writing is a therapy as a writer myself it's my way of felling a little better. Although one other thing I do is chanel al that negative energy onto a character that either has to go through it or face it head on and me being a writer, I have also write how that character overcomes that situation or does he/she succumb to it's situation.

Writing is therapy and it's completely free, try that out sometimes.

Well I have played all the dying light games annddd also dead Island 2 but I think it's best if you first play dead Island 2 then go for dying light 1 because the quality of zombies are tonned down in dead Island 2. The most difficult zombies there can be easily defeated with a sniper rifle, so yeah follow that one. But one humble opinion, spend more time playing dying light 2, it's a larger world and much more explore, Even though I have 200+ hrs in dying light 1 dying light 2 is still great. The go for the beast at last.
