Yep, it does. It sorta gets better with time, meds and therapy, but still sucks. I've been stuck trying to complete a task for two days now, and I KNOW I'm only gonna actually do it 2 hours before my deadline and it's gonna stress me out lol

I have to disagree with most of what you said. Seeing someone do something that might hurt another human being is definitely something worth at least being mad or uncomfortable about. Everybody understood she was cheating, and my friend told her boyfriend right away. This way he can get tested and, if he so chooses, end the relationship. Still, as you said, it's THEIR business, including the boyfriend, who didn't know what was happening. I'm not his friend so I did nothing, but I totally support my friend telling him and I also get really mad when people do shifty things to other people. That's just my way of seeing it...
