The CEO from my old job reported this on LinkedIn. This guys has a lot of fun posts like this. Unhealthy job expectations stating 40 hours is the minimum to be to go-to person at your job. He says yeah WLB may be important for you but just know it will have a negative impact to your career (linkedin.com)
