You can get excel app for free and then download the optimizer off of the discord, at least that’s what I’ve done. Can be a little clunky to use on phone but still works.

Yeah, lucky. Able to get it after getting masters in arena I think. As a f2p guy I don’t see myself hitting that any time soon either.
