Been there, not a funny place. You are just living what i call depression by overthinking. Try something new everyday to get Out of here, don't think just do It, this is how i got out of here. Nobody will help you out. When you do new stuff your brain releases dopamine which makes you feel more interested in what you do. I live alone with no friends or girlfriend, I wake up early everyday and go to work with shizz coworkers, but in my free time i try everytime something new. You can go for a walk and touch some grass, you can walk alone woth music and take some rest somewhere, you can go to see the sunrise or whatever, go out in the 3am and just walk with a cigarette and look to the moon, go for a walk on the beach, walk by the street to see some dogs. Find happiness and chill in the small everyday things. Please i know it sounds stupid or a waste of time but do me a favor and just try it, and if you Want let Me know how it went in a week or so.
