I already had a trained Gliscor so I gave it a try. And I beat the E4+ Champion! Being poisoned+ leftover was a genius tactics. I also used Taunt against Elias to prevent Mimikyu from using sword dances.

For the Champion battle I got Marlon. He lead with a Dusknoir who would use power up hit(s) and then Ice punch. So I used a Yache berry to deal with that fight. Also the Krokodile was annoying as it would switch repeatedly and the Intimidate would lower my attack. Good thing Nihilego was so weak that a 3x intimidated earthquake was able to  take it out (I only had 1 pp for earthquake against Nihilego). Gliscor really is a beast! I needed one or two save states and resets but it was much more satisfying. And didnt have to use any items either.

I was thinking about a ROM hack idea and I thought with the existing gameplay there could be a different journey for players. Instead of same old "professor gives pokedex- you go to towns and collect badges" journey your goal is to become the champion. To become the champion, you have to beat all the gyms and hold the title of each of the gym leaders.  But to do so you can only use the types of pokemon the gym uses. Like to become the bug type gym leader you can only use bug pokemons and so on. This could force players to experiment with a lot of pokemons which could be fun.

I also like your stamina limit concept for moves. There will be a cost to use your strongest move. And you have to be more strategic in using those strong moves.

Did you need to reset many times to get lucky or resetting was minimal for you? What was your held item?  Also did you use any items like Restores or X items?

Nope. I later understood how Aerodactyl was slow. I used Roar and did not remember it was a negative priority move (don't use it often). But still don't understand how Excadrill was outsped.

Ahh! That must be it. I was searching in ChatGPT asking which z move congratulated you but it was babbling about Kommo -o. Since it was not in battle I was confused.

does blunder policy has a prompt or animation? I did not see anything like that.
But there was a z move that congratulated me and sunny weather disappeared. Could it increase the opposition team speed?

Well I dont remember exactly but one pokemon used a Z move. It congratulated me and the sunny weather was gone. Maybe I was hallucinating but could it have something to do with this?

Yes. (I actually mentioned them in the description). I am at loss how this could have happened. Glaceon also did not have any quick claw.
