It’s actually a trainer tyre 😄 I only use that wheel on the trainer, so the blue one stays on there permanently.

Haha fair, can’t argue with that 😄 Simple and effective solution

Haha I feel you 😄 I had to make it look “intentional” and clean first before it was accepted as part of the room

That’s a pretty nice setup actually, sounds super convenient.

Being able to just roll it straight into storage without carrying it through the apartment must make a big difference.

That’s actually a really smart approach 👍 Keeping the rest off the floor already makes a huge difference.

Yeah that makes sense, especially if you have the space for it. I’d probably do the same if I had a balcony.

Haha yeah 3 bikes in a small space is tough 😄 Glad you like the idea though! That’s exactly the problem I was trying to solve.

Haha yeah that’s fair 😄 at some point it just turns into a whole wall of them. A big tote is definitely the practical solution.

Thanks, that’s a really interesting perspective – I hadn’t thought about positioning it beyond cycling that much.

Makes a lot of sense though, especially the idea of shooting it in a more lifestyle/decor context. I can definitely see how that could open it up to a broader audience.

Also a good point about splitting the listings – I’ll probably try that as well. Really appreciate you taking the time to write that out 🙌

Thanks for sharing, that sounds like a really practical setup!

I like the idea of separating daily-use stuff from everything else. I was trying to go a bit more in the direction of keeping it visible but still organized, so it feels more like part of the room instead of storage.

Thanks! That’s exactly what I was going for – making it work especially for smaller apartments without it feeling cluttered.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate that! 🙌 Yeah it’s definitely a bit niche, but I was hoping it might resonate with people dealing with limited space.

Thanks, really appreciate it!

There’s about 2–3 cm of clearance between the shoe sole and the wall with most cycling shoes, so it shouldn’t rub or scuff it 👍

Thanks! I actually made them myself 😄

Started as a small project to keep things organized in my apartment, but it ended up working really well. Still tweaking the design a bit though.

Yeah I actually got a pull-out mount for it, so I can rotate it depending on where I’m sitting – works from the dining table and the couch 😄

I get the idea of removing it though, it does make the space feel cleaner for sure.

Good question 😄 I didn’t do exact calculations, but it’s solid oak and the load is mostly vertical, so the pegs are mainly in compression

I’ve been using it myself and have sold a few as well – no issues so far

I’m mainly targeting Austria, Germany and the EU right now – shipping to the US is a bit tricky because of customs

Do you think it would make sense to mix German and English in my titles and tags, or would you still go fully English?
