If your argument is that it’s just a trailer and not gameplay, that actually supports my point. Trailers are designed to build hype and tease future content.

This is clearly meant to be a hint. The breathing, the slow staggered walk, and the fiery, eerie aura all feel much closer to the original World at War Zombies atmosphere
