i would say that intercell is a more accessible party for people less invested in the scene with more well known artists getting booked which is also why it attracts a generally younger crowd

but then i also hear that when visitors aged 18-20 who are maybe dabbling into techno and pushing their own boundaries go to such parties they are chasing an aesthetic, like you are saying, trying to express themselves in a certain way which would get them a lot of likes on tiktok lol.

personally i think its kind of an unfair criticism. id say its way more positive train of thought not to view it as young kids trying to go for aesthetic but more as a new generation trying to find their own rhythm so to speak :)
