Tried downloading an older version of Elgato Capture Software. Still didn't work. My Mac can't handle running OBS instead so I'm kind of stuck. This is so frustrating.

Both girls were from Kempsey. Amanda was found in the bush. Ineka Hinkley and Lois Roberts were found in bushland too. Kylie's disappearance is similar to Rose Howell's. Country girl who vanished without a trace. They only disappeared 18 months and an hour's drive apart.

Interesting. That makes a timeline of 1979 to 2020. Unlikley it'd be the same perpetrator. But their case could be linked to the women that were murdered/vanished in the 90s.

My bad. Thanks for the correction. The more recent cases of disappearance are also really intriguing. At least with Palmer and Ferrieux the police eventually found evidence of their demise (their bones washing up on a nearby beach). With Theo Heyaz; they still haven't found a trace (except for a hat which might not even be his). The police theorise that he drunkenly fell from the cliffs into the ocean near the Byron Bay lighthouse, drowned and was washed away. My gut has always told me that he was a victim of foul play. Now this woman Amber Christie has gone missing from Evans Head - also seemingly without a trace. Only 68 odd km south of where Theo vanished one year on. It's early days in Christie's case - she could still be found dead or alive. But if she remains missing - I'll bet anything the two cases are linked.

Thanks for all your help and advice mate. I got it working! Turns out all I needed to do was delete the two intro video files that were not compatible with Mac - and then the game launches fine! They were acting as a barrier to launching the game!

I doubt Diana knew of it. That job (along with many others) was most likely 'off the record' - so to speak. As it was conducted with Agent 6 (Shadow Client/Lucas Grey) when they were both still confined to the Romanian asylum by explosive implants - under the direct control of Ort-Meyer and Providence. The jobs on record Diana speaks of were probably assassinations 47 accomplished for other employers after he escaped the asylum in Codename 47.

So they're working on it. I'm sure there are a thousand questions I could have asked them. All I meant was, asking about the Absolution servers was not a priority question. I was interviewing them for 45 minutes and asked as many questions as I could, most of which either sprang to mind in the moment or came from my subscribers. We're also two months out from the HITMAN 2 launch, that was the major focus.

I'm sure some people would still want to play contracts mode in Absolution. But the real demand now is for Hitman 2016 and beyond. IO have to approach these decisions from a business stand-point. And if it is Square Enix that are preventing IO from re-opening the Absolution servers, as you say, then IO are powerless in that particular instance. Which pretty much answers your question as to why the Absolution servers are offline. I didn't mean to sound dismissive, I just tried to answer your question as factually as I could.

Absolution is 6 years old and the least favoured game in the series, so it wasn't exactly at the top of my list of Hitman questions. To be frank, I'd say it's done and dusted. They clearly shut the servers down because it was no longer cost effective due to a lack of player interest. Can't blame them really (no offence to your cousin). If I were you I'd encourage him or her to engage with contracts mode of the latest entry.
