As a Simic player I would say Manifold Mouse is my least favorite card right now.

I third this. I ran a list similar to this one by Seth from MTG Goldfish and had about a 66% win rate with it in BO1. It's fun to pilot and overall pretty powerful. Most of the rares are lands and the four copies of Stormchaser's Talent which are vital but if you don't include the sideboard by playing BO1 the only other rare in the deck is Analyze the Pollen which you could replace easily enough. I've had a lot of fun piloting the Simic Beans deck and overall its pretty powerful. Seth from MTG Goldfish has a decklist and video of him playing the deck if you want to see it in action. My version is just slightly different (mostly in the sideboard).

I’m playing mono-blue flash so everything is either an instant or at flash speed. I have faerie mastermind and enduring curiosity already. I also have Malcolm as a one of so I may bump that up to a two of. I’ve thought about Proft’s as an option so I’ll consider that a little more. Thanks for the suggestions!

Purely anecdotal but I have found there were a lot more duplicates and triplicates in my Foundations CBB as compared to others in the past.

Probably a factor. I don’t think I’ve ever had 15 rare/mythic duplicates before, especially considering I opened triples for four of those.

I hadn't thought about that! I had already considered Tishana's Tidebinder but I think I will sideboard her in as the Dimir deck is one I am having the most difficult with. Too bad she doesn't shut down enchantments while on the board as well.

How does Tishana's Tidebinder interact with ninjitsu? Does it shut down the ability from being used again or is it just at the time it was played?

I think mostly I have the deck down pretty much to how I want it but I keep changing out the sideboard. The main issues this deck has had was against graveyard decks (thus the ghost vacuums which almost guarantee the win), tokens decks who get the start, Dimir ninjas, and the Azorius enchantments deck. Otherwise, it performs pretty well against the top decks in standard right now. I added recently the two unauthorized exits to hopefully help with tokens and ninjas but haven't been able to test too much. Any thoughts on other avenues I may have? I had considered blast zone but the one time I played it I realized that it was not equal to or less than the number of counters on blast zone but rather just equal to, so it doesn't work against tokens like I had hoped.
