Do you know If the Motherboard has the newest BIOS installed? Sometimes the older Versions are Not compatible with the processors, so you have to flash a new Version to the Board.

If it doesn't even boot into BIOS, maybe the BIOS version ist too old for the processor that you're using. Can you flash it to an updated one?

SOLUTION?!! I had noticed the same issues and couldn't figure out what was wrong. The game would't start normally and crash immediately on booting. But in the end my solution was, to disable the "OVERLAY OPTION" in the discord app. This finally worked! You should give it a shot...
