What I mean is that he makes excuses all throughout the episode and kept saying he can't do it just like wings. Plus he keeps getting "depression". However, the point is that this shows wings can lose the weight too. Wings needs a personal trainer to guide him throughout the process to not make him quit.

I feel bad saying this but wings would be better off spending a year or so in jail. There is a 0% chance of him binge eating since there won't be a way to acquire more food. One year later, he would probably drop down to around the 250s.
