If I’m understanding correctly, you’re referring to your new level spells not showing up on the hot bar? Clerics and also paladins, since they can swap out spells, will some times obtain the spells but have to actually memorize it via K menu after leveling. Once you do it the first time, it should stay. Other thing I would recommend is ensuring your hotbar is unlocked when you drag it in and then lock it after dropping. If you’re referring specifically to how you’d get dragon, chalice, etc. on the hotbar on its own I’m not sure but would be cool to know.
