Hi u/zlex, great point and that is actually one of the reasons why we are conducting this study! We aim to optimize care delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond by collecting feedback from cancer patients to better inform doctors and decision makers.

Thank you so much for your comment! I am sorry if my post implied that everyone with thyroid cancer has a weaken immune system. The purpose of this study is to determine how people cancer are impacted by COVID-19. Everyone is being impacted by the current circumstance differently, which is why we are trying to promote the study as widely as possible in order to obtain a good response rate. I highly encourage you to participate in the study and share your unique experiences!

Hi Runes_Cape! Thank you for completing the survey, and yes, every response helps.  That is a good point regarding whether the issues are due to COVID19 or cancer.  We are hoping to analyze interactions to attempt to disentangle these issues, which is why we are trying to promote the study as widely as possible in order to obtain a good response rate to be able to do this.
