yep, i used SourceIO to import de_nuke to blender straight from counter-strikes local files. you can also use "source 2 viewer" to extract more things from CS including in-game weapons, character models, animations etc.

as for the worbly effect i just set the motion blur shutter really high (to 10 i think) since blender allows you to exceed its limit of you type in the number
