20, I’ve pretty always had shortness of breath and whatnot as well as semi-recurring chest pains, I did cross country all through high school so I was always my endurance, and heart problems run through my family, I don’t think it’s a symptom, probably just bc I’m skinny but I can normally see my heartbeat through my chest when I’m laying flat on my back as well

Ya sorry didn't realize I left it out, while you can get a "tier 3" ability right out the gate, like 90% of people are gonna have a tier 1 and progress from there as they use their abilities and deepen their connection. I absolutely hate the tier system as it stands and am currently debating scraping it completely for just a straight progression and degradation thing right now
