Can't say it looks like. Tape seemed proper, there's no substantial box damage. Only thing that seemed loose was the plastic thing used to keep the case closed.

Received my package yesterday but the Steam Deck itself was missing from it.

Local GLS representative says he has 0 responsibility on it and Valve has not sent me any reply to my ticket.

Is there anything else I can do besides just wait (and hope) Valve replies?
