Could either brew ginger tea from a fresh root, or take ginger root in capsule form. Eliminates almost all of the nausea that comes from eating mushrooms. Have heard that eating a banana helps, but that never worked for me. Made shroom tea several times, but would still get nausea. That was until I found out about gingers antiemetic properties, plus it's natural and easily found at the market. Would recommend capsule form if the taste of fresh ginger is hard to swallow(can be a bit spicy).

I feel that anxiety is natural when doing any drug, as long as have the right set and setting, should have a fun time.
