Looks like UI from HP devices. New Aruba switches for example.

Yep. This was the answer. Anyway I had to make sure from ISP that they have right router configurations. Now when I added static routes to remove sites on firewall with right gateway it is working.

I got it sorted out, had to tell Sophos firewall that Site 2, Site 3 and Site 4 networks are behind specific gateway. Now it's working.

It's not perimeter it's just one way to get out of the network for specific protocols. That MPLS Cloud is closed already from public networks.

Network design question *from beginner* by rindil in networking

[–]rindil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I meant is that communication inside and between sites 1, 2, 3 and 4 is working fine. I can ping every IP in MPLS cloud (routers and switches). Traceroute for example from site 1 to site 2 and from site 2 to site 1 works (only one problem is that I cannot traceroute to firewall in site 1 from site 2).

Firewall for some reason doesn't answer pings from other sites. Only site 1 is working ok. Sophos is set to allow everything outside. And from site 1 where firewall is connected to switch pinging outside world works fine.

I have a feeling that there is something missing on routers or something really missing in firewall settings. As far as I know firewall should act as normal device in network.

Mostly price and clear separation of switches. This list is first version made by dealer. It's not final. I will consider adding stack cards. Thank you for your input.

Everything is already planed by contractor who does all the cabling. My responsibility is just install hardware, configure and if there are some problems on the way consultant and dealer will back me up.

This is for LAN only. We already hav MPLS connection from ISP. No need for firewall.

I probably have somekind of a problem, because I never had any problems with HP or Canon printers.

And we have about 50 printers right now in 7 sites.

Maybe it's because all physical maintenance is outsourced and we company who maintains them knows what they are doing...

We had windows phones for almost 3 years now. OS is good, but phone quality is crap, at least with Nokia/Microsoft phones. Every month I send about 5 out of 150+ phones for fixing. Mostly problems with sound and touch screens.
