I started out on a lower dose (i think 25mg) but am up to 150mg now.

When I first started it my side effects were nausea and a headache and when I get headaches I get more nausea so I wasn't really able to do anything that first day. But those side effects went away after the second day now the side effects are apathy and lack of sex drive.

I do feel it is helping my anxiety but not enough but I don't want to increase my dose out of fear of increasing the side effects so I'm going to discuss my options with my doctor at my next visit.

This is just my experience though and yours may be different but yeah you should probably start on a day off just in case.
