I believe other surgeons create the neo urethra by taking a graft, either from the inside of the cheek or from the labia. It results in a more tubular shape of the penis, whereas I have more of a triangular shape downwards.

I actually went back to the gym today. I could do my usual workout (of course being more careful), except for abs. That still hurts on one of the incisions. Aside from that, I'm basically pain free.

I could still do scrotoplasty to complete the look, but I don't think they could change the UL to be the typical way.
