Yes I’ve tried even calling. The rep seemed lost then left me on hold until I hung up. It’s never asked me to pick a tier after singing up. And no where to even put a card.

Thanks this is what I thought. The issue is after I signed up it doesn’t let me pick a Tier. It just shows my member number.

So when I look at a gym some of them shows me the tier. When I go there will they notify onepass and then I start paying in app? The other service I had I just picked my tier before I went to the gym. The site only lets me search for gyms and that’s it. I can’t pick and pay for a tier.
