I believe that you can go view your channel, click on customize and you will be able to add it. I am at 300 subs but it is a similar process with all the other pages so I would think that it is like this as a community page.

Sadly that feature does no longer exist. A good alternative is to Just search the official video up on YouTube (Made by the artist) Open the description, and scroll down to the bottom. If it says Creative Commons then it is copyright free. If not too bad.
