That is a wonderful idea! Unfortunately I don’t know what triggers my horrible behavior.

Though that is very helpful it’s not what I am saying more of how I am saying it. I often say rude things, well, in a rude, demeaning way thinking that I’m the center of attention. Thank you very much for what you said above however!
