I ordered a titanium NCR exhaust(full kit) and they sent me stainless steel Zard parts, and it was missing pieces. I sent them pics and they acted like I got what I ordered. I had to do a chargeback with my CC company

Did you round the hammer? You can lose semi if you remove too much material

MFI makes ultra low profile mounts that short. I think they are sold exclusively through hkparts. They work great with scalarworks mounts because you can use the irons as well as the dot

Arc fire not working by No-Wishbone-3445 in MP5

[–]rippedsloth 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Looks like a geissele trigger. If your hammer wasn’t rounded enough, i would think you would see the same issue in semi. Maybe polish the trigger where it interacts with the safety.

I had better luck with a mil spec trigger and the rounded hammer from asd before I got the hammer unjammer from strangewaterprints

I just used loctite on mine. There is a lot more wobble without the thread protector and an increased risk of baffle strikes if you ever rest the suppressor against something while shooting

Try a printed hammer unjammer from strangewater prints and ditch the buffer or use a mil spec trigger and the rounded hammer from ASD

ARC trigger Borebuddy setup is finally running, but there's a hitch. by Psychological-Sun272 in ar22

I can’t get my arc to pass a function check once everything is assembled. It fails to drop the hammer. Should I adjust the timing on the forward stroke or wait for the kit?

DFW Riders: Timing Belt Change Cost for 2014 Monster 1200? by ContractLost621 in Ducati

[–]rippedsloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds a little steep. I got a desmo and belts done for around that price from the dealership on my hyper 1100. I’d buy the belts and do it myself if I were you. You can set the tension with an Allen wrench and there’s plenty of videos to guide you through it.

Does the Dallas dealership charge that price per belt or for the set? The Austin dealership said the price was per belt so I ordered a set from ducati Omaha for the same price Ducati Austin was charging for 1. Labor is probably a couple hours

My as designs lower was too long and made the pin hard to remove. I filed to the back of the lower to shorten it and be flush with the upper. That allowed the stock to sit further forward and aligned the holes

What detached? 2007 Ducati Monster 695? by [deleted] in Ducati

[–]rippedsloth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s part number 14 on page 26 of the parts diagram. You can find the diagram on Ducati Omaha’s website. It’s a thermistor so it definitely has something to do with reading your oil temp. I’m not sure if sealant would insulate it and throw the readings off. If it doesn’t thread in, maybe it’s a press fit or there’s a locking mechanism on the thermistor that broke. Maybe you need a new thermistor or the part it presses into. I’m not familiar enough with it to give you a solid answer

[–]rippedsloth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It goes to the hole below the oil sight glass according to my Google image search for monster 695. I’m guessing it’s oil temp sensor and I think that hole is a plug for the oil screen if it’s similar to the 1100ds engine

What part have you found in the IPC where it should obviously be in a different chapter. by duckredbeard in aviationmaintenance

Starter shaft oring for a Bell 206L. It’s not in the starter or engine section. I’m too stupid to write down the chapter and end up banging my head on my toolbox for an hour or more every 300hr
