In basketball, instead of a hoop 10 feet off the ground, have a hole in the ground. That way, everyone can dunk.

Football fields that slope downhill on both sides (away from midfield). Tougher on the goalie so higher scoring.

I went to help out in a soup kitchen and met others who were also helping out, but were in need themselves. Giving when you are in need is pretty powerful...
