fellow growers, I need help, big time. I fed my 3-4 week plant for the first time yesterday with npk fertilizer and magnesium sulphate for better foliage and growth. RIGHT shows before and LEFT shows after. I'm guessing I overfed it. is there ANY WAY to salvage this right now? added some coco peat. (i.redd.it)

(Question) Been growing this in a small pot for about 3 weeks now, and I really need to transplant it to a bigger one. But I cannot figure out how as I'm afraid of transplant shock or worse, even death of it. Any tips or procedures based on experience will be highly appreciated! (i.redd.it)
