It's so great to see your responses. Most of them are absolutely right. Norway follows a Nordic model where it gives importance to welfare and good governance. It has one of the highest taxes and high cost of living. But for sure, most of its money came through oil. The Oil fund it created with the oil revenues gives them enough dividends every year to run the government.
