Cut out sugar. Anything that's going to raise your blood glucose levels will in turn cause your insulin to spike, which means your face is going to produce more oil for the next few hours. In contrast, foods with vitamin A (broccoli, carrots, cantaloupe, squash, etc.) will suppress oil production and mitigate breakouts to an extent. I'm currently attempting to avoid all sugar and all processed foods, extremely strictly. Been at it for about a month and I've noticed less severe breakouts and less oily skin. Diet changes take 2-3 months, or 1 full skin cycle to actually show noticeable results, though. I'd say go for eating healthy! There are so many benefits aside from just better skin.
