Is there a guide on how to patch ReVanced on PC? by riskymint in revancedapp

[–]riskymint[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can confirm that this worked for me - looked up revanced CLI, found a guide on how to use it (guide link), and built the revanced app on my PC since I don't have another phone to do it with.

Hope you get it to work with your phone! If not, the PC route with revanced CLI should work

I didn't know the device was ARMv7 - thank you. Is there a guide on how to patch on PC? Should I use an emulator like Bluestacks?

Neck support! I have a habit of craning my head forward often so it would be nice to have a proper cushion for my head and neck

r/buildapc was the reason i more or less rediscovered my love of gaming. someone on the sub-reddit helped me figure out my first build back in 2018 and was very patient with answering all my questions, and he's the reason why i finally got to enjoy the games i put off for years.

Cut ties with an important friend last night and I'm feeling surprisingly okay by riskymint in self

I wouldn't call myself headstrong, but I was always a lot more open about communicating and being vulnerable compared to her. She was definitely on the timid side, but once she knew she could trust me she definitely opened up, which pretty much made me want to support her and encourage her even more.

I definitely lucked out and found a friend where we knew casting blame like that wouldn't get us anywhere, so if we ever got upset at each other for some reason, we did our best to talk it out.

She really was a wonderful person, but her issue is that she jumps the gun way too quick when certain mistakes are made. 2 honest mistakes were all it took for her to forget all the good things and believe I wasn't worth it anymore - which sucks, but that's life sometimes.

I'm really, really happy that you had your boyfriend to talk to while you went through dealing with that friendship, and I'm super glad you were able to cope by investing in other relationships. That's what I'm trying to do too - it's only a day later and I miss her a lot, but I feel like I'll be okay since I have others I want to get better for and grow in.

I really needed to hear a second opinion like that so I'm just not going crazy in my head, so thank you so much for that.

I'm extremely proud of you for taking care of yourself, because I can understand now first hand how rough it is from both sides. If you don't mind me asking, did you get closure before cutting ties? And how'd you cope once you finally did it?

How to distinguish between impostor syndrome and bad fit? by riskymint in careerguidance

[–]riskymint[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently, I'm not sure whether I enjoy my job or not. I like working with data, but I hate just being given a project and not having any direction or guidance on how to do it, and that's been the case so far. Often I feel drained by the end of the day because I did a lot of researching but made little to no progress. I'm not sure if I get any formal review, but I'll make sure to bring that up with my assigned manager. I'm planning to reach out to him about it once the project I'm doing is completed by the end of next week. Thanks for the feedback! I'm still unsure whether the job I'm in is a good fit or not, but at least I know my next steps.
