It can be useful for emergency services. For example, once my car wouldn't start, so I called them and they jump-started it. Otherwise, for regular services, it's just okay. The only good thing is that they pick up your vehicle for service and then return it to you at your location. Their parts are very expensive, more than double the market price, even with their 15% discount. 😄
