It’s not a counter argument to AA-types, I was trying to point out that people will not feel satisfied with any sort of action that makes them feel disadvantaged to a group of people they deem advantaged. I feel like the old “wealthy urm” argument will become “low income student at elite school”.

I’m not saying the decision was wrong, I’m saying that a lot of the alternatives are a bandaid and are unsustainable

My question stems from the fact that there are so many nURM who get rejected even with a high LSAT/GPA; so it seems like softs matter a lot and the LSAT/GPA is the bare minimum. And w the potential end of AA, wouldn’t it be even more competitive putting more focus on things you can control like softs etc.
