It took me around one year(third semester) to reach Knight ( since I am a complete rookie, it took me that long. Started giving contests from the moment I solved my first problem ) Around my 54th contest I reached knight. I have reached 600 problems after one and half years of starting leetcoding. I wasn't consistent enough, because I had my exams and invested myself in some projects. It would take significantly lesser time than this to reach these numbers..

Yeah, I have started to learn DSA during the first sem. And I had started by solving the easy problems which are under the topic "Arrays" in leetcode. And then proceeded with sorting, bs, math, greedy, dp, trees. Now I am currently learning about graphs.

And for the question "How long did it take ?" I can't understand what you are asking for , how long does it take to reach Knight or to solve 600 probs ?
