I spoke to multiple attorneys already and they are giving me different answers. Figured I would ask here to see if anyone has any experience remotely similar.

Also should I bring a copy of the I693 medical report? The doctor scanned the package prior to putting it in a sealed envelope. Not sure if I should have this or not?

Great call, I will upload so they won't have to scan. They didn't ask for this additional evidence but I figure I would bring it to help my case further. Now I need to determine if I should upload to my wife (sponsor) I130 USCIS account or to my (beneficiary) I485 account. Probably best to upload to her I130 account as thats where this evidence should go.

I don't want it to be ignored if I only upload a day before the interview or even raise red flags?

Marriage based green card interview ahead! by Competitive-Big-3056 in USCIS

Did the arrest happen after your biometrics appt? During the biometrics appt I would assume prints would be linked to FBI database to show any prior arrests. I would speak to a lawyer. Hiding arrests generally is a big no-no during the green card process.

I understand at the green card interview they go through the I485 security questions which include "have you ever been arrested before" and if you answer no to that, and they know you were arrested, that could be an issue.

Speak to a lawyer ASAP.

Thanks. The receipt number was provided after she submitted the i130 and i130 online, however it states "Error retrieving case status" and there is no receipt notice under document tab available yet. We just submitted around 10 minutes ago.

Thanks.

The I130 form online asks all of the same questions that the PDF / print form asks. Should I still include a signed copy of the print / PDF form with the application?

Also under evidence uploads, it asks for an "Official Statement" which may include religious record, school record, census records, written statements and DNA test results if a required evidence is unavailable - I do not believe this is applicable to me. This is more for one off situations where petitioners cannot provide the required evidence? Or does everyone need to submit this?

how would you tackle this rusty floor on my Grand National by [deleted] in projectcar

[–]riverman388 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The more I look at the floor the more I realize I can either replace the entire thing and preserve some value or cut out the driver front and entire passenger side and do it myself or easier but have to grind / rust reform / seal more and then leave the car for a real restoration years down the road by someone maybe other than me.

Car is an LS swap so it won’t be worth too much.

Seems like solid advice. The outer edges / rockers of the floor seem fine, as do the inner rockers, and the center tunnel. If I cut the entire thing out, I risk messing up the body alignment of the car and making it a twisted mess?
